Meet Mette
Mette brings a wealth of experience working with teens, young adults, and adults facing challenges like depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. She has a special interest in mental health connected to chronic illness and postpartum experiences, and her approach is all about compassion and non-judgment. Mette believes in creating a space where you can safely share your struggles and work towards healing and balance.

No matter who you choose to work with, we’re here to support you on this journey. Let’s get started!

Meet John
John works with adults navigating trauma, substance use, grief, and the feeling of being stuck or unheard. His approach is thoughtful, honest, and grounded in building a strong therapeutic relationship. John listens closely, takes time to truly understand your experience, and isn’t afraid to gently challenge patterns that may be holding you back. He believes meaningful change happens when empathy and clarity work together, and his goal is to create a space where you feel supported, respected, and capable of moving forward at your own pace.

Meet Josh
Josh works with teens (12+) and adults navigating ADHD, trauma, PTSD, and impulse control challenges. His approach is grounded, trauma-informed, and focused on helping clients build real skills for emotional regulation and stability. Josh believes that behaviors often make sense when you understand the story behind them, and he takes time to meet each person where they are. Whether you’re a parent seeking support for your teen or an adult ready to move beyond survival mode, Josh creates a steady space where growth feels possible and healing feels practical.

Meet Jenn

Jenn specializes in supporting clients navigating chronic illness, medical stress, and the emotional weight that often comes with ongoing health conditions. She brings a steady, compassionate presence to clients who feel overwhelmed, unseen, or disconnected from themselves as they adjust to changes in their health and identity. Her work is especially supportive for those seeking a space that is both trauma-informed and affirming, with a focus on helping you regain a sense of control, clarity, and balance. Jenn works with children (10+), teens, adults, and couples.
