​Same-day availability varies by therapist, appointment format, clinical fit, and insurance participation. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment. A member of our team will review your information and confirm whether an appropriate therapist is available. Insurance participation may vary by therapist. We will make a good-faith effort to verify your benefits, but you are responsible for understanding your plan and confirming that JPB Counseling and your assigned therapist are in network. Please provide complete and accurate insurance information to help us verify your benefits and submit claims.

If we cannot verify your benefits before the appointment, you may choose to proceed at the self-pay rate or schedule for a later date after verification is completed.

*Important Insurance Notes: we are in network with Blue Local-Wake Health, but not with other health-system-specific BCBS plans such as UNC Health Alliance, Cone Health, Duke Select, or similar network-restricted plans. Please verify your specific plan with BCBS directly. We are not in-network with UHC Community plan. We are not currently in-network with Medicare or Medicaid plans.
